Kasé Homemade Ginger Ale

bruh!!! adding this to the VIB (very important beverages) list before I even finish the bottle. it's a tiny bit sweeter than I expected but the spice blend and the brown sugar make this good as hell. (I found this wandering the aisle of Happier Grocery in manhattan, as I am want to do.)
